Ramchandra, founder and director of the Maison d’accueil et d’éducation Sri Aurobindo Yoga Mandir in Kathmandu, Nepal, held yoga and meditation workshops on Saturday 20 July 2019 in the magnificent setting of the Manoir de Kerdévot in Ergué-Gabéric (29).
A Nepalese vegetarian meal was prepared by Nirupama, an Ashram resident and Ayurvedic cook, who accompanied Ramchandra on her tour of France. And a solidarity shop with (books, CDs OramaThe day’s revenue (including the sale of the Maasai, incense, spices, local handicrafts and Maasai jewellery) was used to increase the day’s revenue, which was entirely donated to the Nepalese structure.
This meeting was also an opportunity to discover the book published in June 2019 on the life and work of Ram: “Ramchandra, the child of the Himalayas”, a yogi’s life at the service of children. Book of more than 400 black and white pages, text only, on sale on the website of the French association. Ram’s children A digital version with colour photos will be released at the end of 2019.
